Groyne & Gable, estate agents in Worthing
Selling and letting homes across the town, from our office on the Strand.
What we do
Sales and lettings from one office on the Strand, open six days a week
Whether you're buying your first flat, selling the family house, letting out a property or looking for somewhere to rent, you deal with the same local agency. Groyne & Gable handles both sales and lettings, so if your plans change halfway through, from selling to letting or the other way round, you don't have to start again somewhere else.
Worthing is what we know. When you ask which roads are quieter, or what sort of homes tend to come up near the station, you're asking people who deal with these streets week in, week out.
Call in while we're open, ring the office or send an email. You're welcome to ask questions before you've decided anything.

Notes on parts of town
Four parts of Worthing, described the way we'd describe them over the counter
Every road is different, and the right part of town depends on how you live. These short notes are where we'd start if you asked us.
-
Town centre & seafront For walking almost everywhere
Flats in converted Regency and Victorian houses, above shops and in newer blocks along the front. The pier, the station and the shops around Montague Street are all within walking distance, which suits you if you'd rather leave the car at home.
-
Heene Period houses, a short walk west
Just west of the town centre, Heene has streets of Victorian and Edwardian houses, many of them divided into flats. You're a few minutes from the sea and close enough to walk into town.
-
Broadwater Family streets around the green
North of the railway line, Broadwater has terraced and semi-detached houses on residential roads around Broadwater Green. It suits you if you want a garden and local shops without leaving town.
-
Goring-by-Sea Quieter roads at the western end
Goring runs down to the Greensward, a long stretch of grass beside the sea. Wider roads, bungalows and detached houses give it a calmer pace than the town centre.
Tarring, Durrington and the rest of town are covered in our notes on living around Worthing
